T&F settle for 4.2%

Taylor and Francis Books and Journals chapels in Didcot finally reached agreement over this year’s claim after protracted negotiations.

Taylor and Francis Books and Journals chapels in Didcot finally reached agreement over this year’s claim after protracted negotiations. The deal amounted to roughly a 4.2% rise, weighted towards the lower paid – £800 or 3%, whichever was the highest. The negotiations were conducted for the Informa group as a whole. Psarts of the group chapel had been holding out for more. However, they agreed to settle after the company accepted a benchmarking procedure to review its redundancy terms.
